S.E.T. Health ("S.E.T. Health," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide while using the S.E.T. Health application and related services.

S.E.T. Health is a fitness, nutrition, workout planning, and wellness application. It is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Depending on the features you use, S.E.T. Health may collect and store:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, username, and account identifier.

• Profile information, such as age/date of birth, sex, height, weight, activity level, measurement preferences, and fitness or weight goals.

• Health and fitness information, including body measurements, weight history, workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, resistance/weight, workout performance, and progress information.

• Nutrition information, including foods, recipes, meals, calorie and macronutrient information, dietary goals, food logs, hydration information, and nutrition history.

• Scheduling information related to workouts, meals, nutrition assignments, and other activities within the application.

• Trainer and coaching information when you elect to use trainer features, including trainer-client relationships, assigned workouts, nutrition assignments, and associated progress information.

• Technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the application.

We only seek to collect information reasonably necessary to provide S.E.T. Health's features and services.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information collected through S.E.T. Health to:

• Create and maintain your account.

• Provide workout and exercise tracking.

• Calculate and display fitness and nutrition goals.

• Track nutrition, meals, recipes, hydration, measurements, and progress.

• Schedule workouts and nutrition activities.

• Provide trainer and client functionality when requested.

• Display historical performance and progress.

• Synchronize information across supported devices and services.

• Maintain application security and data integrity.

• Diagnose technical problems and improve application functionality.

S.E.T. Health does not use health or fitness information to determine eligibility for employment, insurance, credit, or similar decisions.

Trainers and Coaches

If you choose to establish a trainer-client relationship through S.E.T. Health, certain information may be made available to the trainer or coach as necessary to provide the coaching functionality you request.

This may include scheduled workouts, workout performance, nutrition assignments, goals, and other fitness or nutrition information associated with the coaching relationship.

Users should only establish coaching relationships with individuals they trust.

Sharing of Information

S.E.T. Health does not sell your personal health or fitness information.

Information may be disclosed to service providers that process information on our behalf when necessary to operate S.E.T. Health, such as cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, and application services.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of S.E.T. Health and its users.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive information.

Information transmitted between the application and our backend services is protected using secure network communications where supported.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide S.E.T. Health services, maintain legitimate business records, comply with applicable legal requirements, and protect the security and integrity of the service.

Users may request deletion of their S.E.T. Health account and associated personal information.

When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or otherwise legally permitted.

S.E.T. Health provides fitness, nutrition, wellness, tracking, and planning tools for informational purposes.

S.E.T. Health is not a medical device or healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information provided by the application, including calorie, nutrition, exercise, body composition, or fitness targets, should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Users should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant changes to diet, exercise, or health-related activities, particularly if they have an existing medical condition.

Children's Privacy

S.E.T. Health is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as S.E.T. Health develops or as legal and regulatory requirements change.

The updated policy will identify its revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or other appropriate means.
